Accounts and communities

Use accurate contact information and keep your credentials private. Personal verification does not confer church leadership. Each physical church is independently verified by the platform, and each church decides its own membership requests. Use only the roles actually appointed to you.

Free core and optional services

Core church management has no management subscription, trial expiry or quantity limits. Only explicitly authorized AI and SMS usage can incur service charges. Credit purchases remain pending until payment is independently verified. An unknown provider result is investigated rather than automatically repeated.

Community conduct

Do not publish spam, impersonate churches, harass people or disclose confidential records. Message requests, blocking, reports and support appeals are available. Known minors receive guardian safeguards.

Financial records

A giving declaration is not proof of received money. Receipts are issued only after authorized verification. Financial corrections preserve the original record and an audit trail.

Content and ownership

The operator retains its commissioned source and configuration rights, subject to original third-party licenses. Users retain applicable rights in their own submitted content. AI output is a draft and must be checked before use.

The operator must review and complete these service terms, support contacts and applicable legal details before production acceptance.
